What I Do Is Evil 3: Halloween

I got this idea from Kevin Smith's Dogma, wherein God (who appeared as an old man and, later, an adorable girl) has a voice that can destroy anyone who are either not dead or not from a different plane of existence.

I tweaked around the same principle for this strip, except it's how the Devil really looked, which is something I myself also wondered about in a philosophical/artistic way.
